Question about Orb value.

Say you have chart that has a significantly higher orb value than another chart, does that mean that the former person has an easier life or is luckier in terms of astrology?

I notice how oppositions destroy orb value and make it negative while conjunctions work in making it higher.

This subject can't be generalized. The concept of 'orb values' - what is the source of this information?
And the strength of any aspects, houses, position or orbs are unique to any particular chart. So this question cannot be answered as asked.

Ease of life or luck is represented by the entire chart. Any "lucky" aspect can be overruled by any number of major aspects which contain different planets and houses and signs.

Do yourself a favor and don't try to shortcut delineation. Learn the aspects. Understand the orbs.
