if you CANNOT use a fixed sign, (leo is the cusp of my 12th natally and scorpio would put saturn in the 12th house of the election chart) then what ASC to use? apparently the rule is not to use any sign that is on the natal cusps 6, 8 and 12 of either party. So for us, it would be taurus, aquarius, aries, cancer, or leo. which leaves......sag/gem or virgo/pisces. So Im thinking the virgo pisces. It is mutable though....but my ASC is virgo and his MC is virgo. After I get that ironed out...then there are still dignities to settle, and a whole mess of fixed stars whizzing in and out that are driving me batty.
