Dispositor of Part of Marriage conjunct a significator?

If the dispositor of the Part of Marriage is conjunct a significator of one of the parties in a relationship, is that a good thing or a bad thing?

For example, the Sun represents the man. Let's suppose Jupiter disposes the Part of Marriage, and Jupiter is conjunct the Sun. This would normally make it combust, but let's suppose Jupiter is in domicile in Pisces, so that negates combustion.

The basic question is, from the standpoint of the durability and health of the relationship, is this conjunction a good thing?

Perhaps it's saying, "the strength of this relationship will rest on the feelings of the significator conjuncted with" -- in other words, the strength of the relationship will depend on the Sun's mutual receptions with say Venus & the Moon.

Is that about right?
