I am not an expert and also have much difficulties with work..
but I will write what I see.

I see Sag in sixth house (Jupiter owns) and Aires in tenth house (Mars owns)
Jupiter conjunct moon is usually very good, especially in tenth house. Mars in Gemini is fast paced, highly changing, in twelfth house you may not see these changes coming

I do not like Saturn in your first house. It also squares Jupiter/moon in tenth house. Jupiter and moon are friendly towards each other (good mixing of energies) but not Saturn. Saturn does not mix well with the moon.

From your chart I see someone who will work for a company rather than own business. I would say management would be good for you, highly changing (Mars) management positions (Jupiter/moon) after much work (Saturn).

For work I see that you are influenced mainly by Jupiter/moon energy. Cancer first house (moon owns) Sagittarius sixth with Jupiter in tenth.

So research Jupiter, moon professions. Something public, caring, teaching, leading others, people things... Good luck!
