Significator for a kitchen Chef

Hello All.
I hope this is not a duplicate question, I could not find something related.

So my question is:
What is the significator for a Kitchen Chef.
I have a friend that posted me a question about if she can be successful in the business of cooking. Working by her own.
I know Frawley say it could represent the 9th House, as working with our own knowledge and 10th for the profit.
But what can I use to see if it's going to be successful? If she makes money? If the knowledge she has has good receptions? Should I ask her what she thinks about success?

You say 10th house because it's second of 9th, or because it's the radical 10th of success. Even though she will not work for a company?
