Not sure of the reasoning, but traditionally Saturn is given to the Democrat Party, as the older party, and Jupiter to the Republican Party.

Yep, the goal of the Marxist Dem.BLM.Antifa is to destroy America. Funded & supported by China & other regimes who benefit financially & gain power with a weak America. Never going to happen. What I find ironic is possibility that "blue" states aren't really blue.

Does anyone actually believe that people from Portland Oregon, on Multnomah county, the one most harmed by Antifa and BLM terrorism - who were promoted and protected by democrats - actually went 80% blue in favour of Biden?

Same as in 2016, and in years past, a small amount of human error is expected. In this case, looks like someone dumped a pile of counted ballots on top of some uncounted ones, and no one noticed.

As has always been shown to be the case in past recounts, human error accounts for extremely small discrepancies in the final count. 386 uncounted ballots is a miniscule factor in a State that Biden won by over 20,000 votes.
