Why is Saturn square Jupiter horrible?

You'll have to post your chart for this. But I have to ask: Is is possible you're doing whatever it takes to stay close to and defend your little sister? If you were embarked on a successful career you'd have no time for her.

I'm not sure if anyone has pointed out to you before, but your Jupiter does -not- square Saturn. If you look at the symbol in that chart, in the box which involves Jupiter and Saturn, it's actually a blue triangle. That's a trine. I just wanted to point this out.
Now, with regards to your personality, the 1st Sign is Aquarius, its ruler is Saturn. In your chart, Saturn, a malefic, is contrary to the sect in favour (this is a night chart, Saturn is affiliated with the day sect), in the 2nd sign from the sign of the Ascendant, which is unfavourable, and it lacks dignities. However it is at least in the sign of its sect-mate, that of Jupiter, who provides it with a little help.
So yes, your character is typical of Saturn in this state. Low self-esteem, depressed, timid, pessimistic etc.

That is interesting, so does it ever change or it seems I'm doomed for life, every project I start always fails, I've even tried starting an online wholesale jewelry business on ETSY and it went horribly, I've been applying for jobs since 2012 and only got called for an interview this year but it only pays $8.50
it seems like a big dark cloud, also I have no social life or friends, my 7th house looks pretty bad so I'm not sure if marriage will ever happen since I've never even been in a relationship but I have been asked out as a joke many times.... I've been struggling to obtain an associate degree for over 4 years now. I just want to know if there are any good aspects in my chart because most of it seems very afflicted! Is there anything good for my future???

I will need some more time to check some things before I can really answer your questions. Regarding the job, I will just say what my parents always say to me: Just do it for now. If you find a better job later, then you can always change jobs.
I think having a job is better than having none, as long as you're not being overworked to the extent that your health is failing you. So if I were you, I'd try it out for now, and wait for better opportunities to come along later. Start small, and work your way up gradually. Save money slowly. Who knows, your experience with the current job offer now might even prove useful later on.

My chart & aspects are completely different in Vedic Astrology, that confuses me. In Vedic my Jupiter is in 9th libra... In Western my Jupiter is in 8th Scorpio

Lisa, your chart doesn't actually look that bad to me. All of those blue lines represent harmonious aspects. At the age of 21, it's a little premature to believe your life will never turn out.
I grew up with really strict parents (and yada yada yada), and my life turned out OK. You can't blame your parents for how your life is turning out.
The big problem seems to be Saturn square sun, which is a signature for low self-esteem, because the sun indicates your sense of self, and Saturn can show where we feel frustrated and inadequate.
Jupiter, in contrast, can be the good luck factor, but yours is looking a bit stressed, with the opposition from Mars and square from Uranus.
The first thing I recommend is that you stop disempowering yourself with so much negativity. You mentioned depression: have you been diagnosed with it? If not and if you think you might suffer from depression, that is something else, and if you can talk to your family doctor about it, hopefully s/he can recommend a specialist for you.
Otherwise, notice how your chart has a "kite" formation, pointing to your 3rd house Mars in Taurus. 3rd house=your habitual thought patterns. Mars indicates aggression. Taurus is a fixed earth sign. Very fixed in your angry thought patterns!
Your challenge in life is to turn these around, so that you see Saturn as disciplining and strengthening your sense of identity; and Mars as making you a powerful thinker and speaker.

Regarding work, the significators of Profession are Mercury and Jupiter. Mercury goes retrograde within 7 days of your birth, and is around 9 degrees from the Sun on the 7th day after your birth, so he is theoretically under-going Heliacal Setting. I selected Jupiter because he is in the 10th sign from your Ascendant as well as being the star that rules over the sign where the MC is.
This is indeed indicative of your attempt at a wholesale jewellery business (emphasis on the business and selling part, and not the design part).
Looking at your previous threads, you mentioned taking a nursing degree, correct? Well, Mercury being in the bounds of Venus, and both of them being in the 6th sign...I can see why you chose that. Have you ever considered accounting/business/sales degrees or roles? I think you would be able to perform in them.
I have to say, because both significators are not that well-placed, and both suffering from being retrograde (Mercury by phase), this indicates difficulties in one's career and livelihood overall. The Lot of Spirit being in Pisces, the zoidion of Jupiter, the 2nd Place and the place where Saturn is, also indicates this.

Mars is currently in Scorpio, being in his domicile, makes him more capable of doing good during this time. Saturn is in Sagittarius, being in his trigon helps a bit in alleviating his maleficence.
So it's understandable as to why you got offered a job, but it doesn't pay well enough because Mars is average in your natal chart, so his beneficence is limited.
The time lords broadcast a difficult time right now for work, but I still think you should take the job, especially since Mars is currently in his domicile. You may not get another job offer in awhile otherwise.
