Mercury is not only combust, it's also in fall. No aspect to Saturn, which rules the job (internship). Moon applies trine to Jupiter, yes, but Jupiter is not only in detriment, it's also in Moon's fall sign. I suspect that you don't really like this job, or wouldn't if you had the chance to see what it's really like. May be a case of something that looks perfect on the surface being horrible underneath.
Saturn is about to change signs. Maybe the internship's situation is about to change. They might restructure the role. They might decide not to offer an internship after all. Considering that we've got a global pandemic on our hands, shutting down lots of businesses, maybe this office is affected by that.
But an experienced horary reader might have a different take. My knowledge of horary is very limited.
