Will we live in this house for longer?

So, decided to cast the second horary for this year's start

My concern is the home.

We rented a big house last summer for one year and now I'd like to know if we will be able to have a contract to live here for longer? We like the place and the house - so it is our desire to stay here. The owners are living abroad, so it depends on if they will be coming home or if they will stay there.
We own another apartment that we rent out to other people while we live here.

So here is the chart in the method I prefer and I ask you to help me find the right significator. Is it still the 4th? I think I would use ruler of 4th and also the ruler of IC. It would be Venus and the Sun.

I am about to square the owners - L7 ... time unit of probably 4 months?
L7 is placed within the 5th house, which is my 5th, but their 11th. Their decision will be ruled by their children I know - they told me that already. It depends if their children want to stay abroad or come home.

I do not know why Jupiter, ruler of foreign places is in my 1st house??? Maybe indicating travel - or maybe indicating movement to abroad? I've been daydreaming about moving to foreign place- totally different from where I live ...but that would be in future plans, not right now.

I looked at it again and i have to add in here that i did not ask 'will i' but i had the whole family in mind. Ruler of home and family are conjunct in 7th. So that might be an indication that we are staying, right?

Thing is you have a choice here. so look which Lord has more negs .. if 4th, it is better to move
if 7th, better to stay
