I can't see a good enough reason for you to be asking on her behalf. either she asks, or we don't draw a horary. I understand the impulse to quickly draw up a chart, but the universe isn't going to bend over backwards to provide you with the answer to a third party's very personal dilemma.

Best bet would be to give / post your friends natal chart, and then people can check up on it. The reasons and timings will be shown in it.
