Corona virus and the Arts

I have music on bandcamp as well. Unless you have a load of promo it remains buried in the mountains of offerings. :annoyed:

I am not an artist, but I can be artistic.

During Covid stay at home stuff, I built shelving throughout my basement. And as I built a shelf, I organized the basement. Still not done, I have brackets, because, I went to the hardware store just about everyday.

I painted and recovered my patio set, built some frames for some pictures I haven't seen in a while, and hung them.

Made a music room for the instruments.

Insulated a wall for sound proofing.

An artist friend, who teaches tried to teach online, he doesn't like the emptiness of distance for teaching, he found it uninspiring.

So very concrete creative expression.
Our lockdown has eased up, and little by little I'm picking up threads, but it is slow. The mind becomes conditioned to enclosure.

So very ethereal expression as well, plucked from the air and given form.

It seems the lockdown lightens only after some success in locking down mass consciousness. When the mind is prisoner, the body is no threat. I prefer to remain a threat.

Insidious and deliberate.
