Arrow Having children and getting pregnant?

Peace, love, and light to you all. So I have a few questions....I recently had a miscarriage back in May and I am now seeking answers through astrology. This episode has also got me wondering if and when I will have children. My child 4580 is in Gemini in fourth house...it sextiles my sun and Moon....does anyone mind looking at my chart? I am very confused at these things and I can't seem to find information about the 4580 child asteroid....thanks! I attached my chart but if that doesn't work then I was born 7-25-1987, 8:47 pm in Augusta, Georgia. Thanks!

Re: Having children and getting pregnant?

Not familiar at all with the asteroid child but I doubt it would be a predictor of childbirth.

This is a 5th house matter (I use whole sign houses...so all of Aquarius is your 1st house, Pisces 2nd and so on). To examine how "friutful" or "friutless" the native will be you look at the sign on the 5th cusp (Water-Earth-Air-Fire in order of decreasing fertility), what planets are in or rule the 5th (Moon, Jupiter and Venus are the best, Saturn, Mars and the South Node of the Moon are not so good, the Sun and Mercury are O.K). Next look at what sign and house the 5th ruler is in (Best are 1st, 4th, 5th, 7th, 9th, 10th and 11th... 6th, 8th and 12th are least productive with the 2nd and 3rd O.K). The most fertile signs are Cancer and Pisces.

Applying the rules to your chart, the answer is "yes" because there are no malefics in 5th, ruler Mercury is in a fertile sign but not in a good house (6th), explaining your miscarriage. So yes you will have a child at some point in the future.
Good Luck!

Re: Having children and getting pregnant?

I'm a modern astrologer and use Equal house system. Lots of people that come into Astrology get their free charts calculated at www.astro.com and the default ‘house system’ used is Placidus and think that’s just the norm and all that there is……..BUT that is just the tip of the iceberg. You can change the default on astro.com in Extended Chart selection to Equal house and a few more.

Now conception is 8th house matter and virgo rules this therefore mercury. Mercury also rules 5th house of children. Mercury has opp to neptune, quincunx to saturn and trine to pluto. the disappearing child is neptune aspecting mercury. Sorry for your loss....

Predicting marriage and/or having children can be done, but it is not easy, time consuming and intricate. There are lots of things to take into consideration like, secondary progressions, what interaspects one chart makes to another, Solar arcs, Solar returns, Transits etc

Go to Astro.com, Astro.com, Extended Chart Selection, Special Charts, Lunar Phases Fertility Calendar. Fertile days will be marked in red. I hope this helps.

The asteroid "child" 4580
On the Extended Chart Selection page, go right to the bottom and below were you select the Additional Objects (black heading) there is a box that you need to type "4580" (next to the box it reads "additional asteroids").

Traditional astrologers use completely different sets of rules and don't go past the planet Saturn and would prob have their own ideas about your question. Maybe one will respond.

Re: Having children and getting pregnant?

Mr. Stellium...thank you for replying.....that is interesting, so you are saying that because of the 6th house that is would make it harder to have children? That is very interesting! Thank you for that!

Hi Ava-
This is someone elses thread so your question is not likely to get answered.
Please start a thread of your own and include a chart off of astro.com as an attachment, that way your question will get its own page and hopefully get some answers
