Will he marry her?

My Friend is in love with a guy, and he loves her too, she wants to know if he will marry her. They are currently on a break from each other, but she fears that he may not want to pursue this relationship to the next level as she desires.

With Uranus in 7th house my guess is a no! Sun is moving away from Venus becuase of it being in retrograde.
Ideas?

Please help advise, I want to make sure that my friend has the right expectation from the relationship.

Your friend is Venus ruler of the ascendent, retrograde and approaching a trine with retrograde Saturn, ruler of the 4th of end of the matter. It looks as though she might end things with him.
He mars is in her 5th of love affairs. The chart is a little out of focus, but it looks like mars is in the degree of the nodes, squaring the nodes. Yearning but not being able to concretise in a relationship. Mars make no further aspects.
As you noted, Uranus in the 7th house, traditional planet of separation, divorce, freedom, and it doesn't promise much towards a solid commitment like marriage.
As a final confirmation, moon is void of course, showing no action will be taken on the subject.
