First of all sorry, If I am posting in the wrong part of the forum. I am new user.
I have question about my Midheaven's Ruler. My Midheaven (Pisces)'s ruler (Neptune) is in the 8th house (in the middle of the 8th house).
My question: What does this say about me? What does that mean? Does that mean something?
I've been researching it for a while and I am always landing on topics like "10th house Lord in 8th House" but I am confused about this.
If someone have answer to my question and is willing to share it with me, you will help me a lot!
