Hate to be the bugaboo, but this is why I switched from Modern to a more traditional way of practicing astrology.
I use the whole sign system which puts Uranus in your 2nd house. This already shows financial disruptions and upheavals. I have this same placement and I too am still hoping for something to finally give!!!!!
From there, I look at your 8th house (the other financial biggie). This is ruled by Venus which is in your 11th house in Leo. This shows that your finances are definitely tied to the rise and fall of everyone else. If your fellow countrymen are doing well, you will too, if not, you will not either.
Finally, I look at your 10th house which is ruled by the Moon. This makes your 10th house strong because the moon is in the sign it rules, BUT this kind of strength is not necessarily suited to the 10th house. Especially not with Mars joining the configuration and bringing a very deep and emotional reaction to everything career related. Passion is wonderful, but passion without limits can run anyone into the ground. Mars rules your 7th house, so maybe your partner can help you define better limits and direct your passion a little more effectively.
This all said, you will have to save for a rainy day more so than most people. The bright side though, is that if you do so when there are windfalls (and there will be, even if they come in the form of a ton of overtime at work), you will be just fine. I guess, it's just sound money practice and logic.....that said, I am STILL working on it! lol.
I'd also add, that you have a better than average chance of making lifelong dreams come true. You have a better chance at getting to do those things that you have always wanted.
