I know someone who had a child this year that has Jupiter in the fifth house with a natal moon in the fifth house. Jupiter was in virgo most of this year until early September 2016. Also when Jupiter was trine my moon in the fifth house I got pregnant and gave birth during the last Jupiter in virgo transit.

That caused me to see that after Jupiter's Conjunction to my Sun in the Twelfth House should wear off... Mars is now semi-sextile my Pisces Jupiter in the Fifth House. From one illusion of pregnancy transit to another. I was wondering why I was still struggling to lose weight.
I saw it by barely starting to check when Mars would next aspect my Jupiter to see times I could get pregnant.
This would have been a good transit for a pregnancy. And, it's wasted, and instead gives me fat.
I don't think I like Jupiter very much. It's just trying to make me obese.
But, this transit too will pass. (-_-)

Moon influences fertility
there is pregnancy potential twice a month
all because of the moon.
Most women watch their cycles
and know that mid cycle or biological ovulation
is the prime time to fall pregnant in.
Most don't know the moon can trigger ovulation
and bring on fertililty at any time during the menstrual cycle (including during period) ...

however
there IS an astrological method that calculates most fertile days each month
that is said to be helpful in pinpointing
the particular five days each month
when conception is most likely to occur

from the dropdown menu of 'Special Charts'
astro.com's 'Extended Chart Selection' page has an option to choose 'special charts'.
A 'pop up' menu appears when a small triangle is clicked on
the last choice is the 'Lunar Phases Fertility Calendar'
- select that
and then click to view the twelve month calendar
with most likely montly conception dates for the chosen year
- based on natal astrological information.
The most likely Conception dates are highlighted in red
Either a Venus or a Mars logo above each area accentuated in red indicates
whether a child conceived at that time is most probably male
or female
The idea is Venus logo = Girl
Mars logo = Boy
obviously this does not mean that conception and pregnancy goes to full term
or that the potential child is guaranteed free from possible health issues
because
that entirely depends on the natal promise of the parents
but what the method does
is enchance the chances of coneption

that your husband could take
to check fertility
meanwhile
as well as your chart
would be useful to view the natal chart of the husband

Even if your natal shows potential for children
that may not necessarily occur
without fertile husband, no conception possible
makes sense to check at least husbands fertility
easily medically tested

You're not kidding!
I remember after I gave birth to my son they told me I couldn't get pregnant if I didn't have my period yet and if I was still breastfeeding. Well let's just say I gave birth to my twins a week before my son's first birthday. My 5th ruler is Jupiter conjunct moon in 1st house

See what age either Ceres, Moon, or Venus hits one of your angles on solar arcs (a type of chart similar to progressed), or these three become conjunct with each other in solar revolution (it's a type of chart in extended chart selection), solar arcs, or between either of these two and/or with natal.
You can draw these on the same wheel in extended chart selection and look for conjunctions.
