Chart is radical (moon hour and cancer rising)
I see the Sun (my 3rd house) is in the Quesited 3rd house, in Aquarius, sign ruled by the quesited. Does that mean the communication is received positively, or does it just show my desire to communicate with him? Does it mean that communication is on his mind. Will he return my text message?
