Sun Parallel Mercury

My Mercury is angular (9 degree away from AC) and it was the first planet on my horizon at my birth. It aspects Mars Uranus and Jupiter and is in a CoE (concentration of energy kind of like a Stellium but not techniquely) with Chiron, Pluto, and Venus. I've just found out that my Mercury is also Parrallel my Sun, does this act as a Conjunction? I'm interested in finding my most dominant planet and Mercury has come up once again.

SUN and MERCURY ARE NEVER MORE THAN ABOUT 28 DEGREES APART
ao only conjunction and parallel are possible

If Mercury is in the same sign as the Sun and within 8° 30' then it is COMBUST
Traditionally this is a serious debility
and implies that the planet is weakened or restricted in power
HOWEVER
beyond this distance, but within 17° of the Sun
the planet is said to be under the Sun's beams.
This condition is debilitating, but not as severe as combustion
but
IF
the planet is within 17 minutes of the Sun
it is termed Cazimi - in the heart of the Sun
- and considered strengthened by the union.

Planet is within 17 degrees of the sun (11 degrees away), it's not Cazimi as it's 28 minutes away. The Mercury is Critical degree (29th degree) and the highest degree planet in my natal chart it's very much not debilitated, it was the first planet to activate in me (first planet on the horizon only 9 degrees away from the AC). It also Aspects Mars (exact degree) and Jupiter (2 degreee orb). Also is in the same sign as my Venus, Pluto, and Chiron.

I have an overactive throat Chakra actually and am very mercurial in nature.

Thanks for the Advice JupiterASC!

I'm no expert Whoam1 - VETTIUS VALENS observations on MERCURY are as follows

MERCURYS effects go in many directions
depending on the changes of the zodiac
and the
interactions of the stars

and yield quite varied results
:

knowledge for some, selling for others, service for others, trade or teaching for others
farming or temple service or public employment for still others.
To some it grants authority, rentals, labor contracting, rhythmical performance
the display of public service, the acquisition of personal attendants
or the right of wearing temple-linen, robed in the luxury appropriate to gods or rulers.

As for the end result

Mercury will make everything capricious in outcome and quite disturbed.
Even more it causes those having this star in malefic signs or degrees
to become even worse

Mercury’s nature is to contest and to destabilize

I can attest to this nature. My Mercury is impulsive and bestsial In nature in my chart. I like chaos and disorder in life. Maybe the sign of Mercury (Scorpio) points to this too?
