Mars square Neptune.Help me!

I have got 27 degree Libra mars square 28 degree Caricorn neptune.Both also doing square to my Cancer ascendent.How do i beat this energy?(anger)

What does the rest of your chart look like? The Mars square Ascendant could definitely bring a willful, aggressive approach but the Neptune square would tone this down some.

I always think that an afflicted Mars is well served by engaging in an athletic activity. Mars rules athletes, and most of us could use more exercise. With Neptune, you might consider a water sport. If you're a non-swimmer, this could be an aquatic fitness class at your nearest rec center. Libra might prefer a partner sport like racquet ball.

The thing to watch with Neptune square Mars is any kind of dependency on alcohol or drugs, because you will not only be extra-sensitive to them, but perhaps inclined to indulge when Mars is feeling itchy.

I was born in August 9 1997.My chart is very quirky.

Neptune/Mars can give irrational fears, and possibility of substance abuse as pointed out above.
Exercise raises serotonin levels, so it is a great antidote for unwanted anger, and can decrease possible substance cravings.

Nep/Mars also shows a highly imaginative, artistic, creative individual. This is especially the case with a Libra Mars. Perhaps some artistic, creative outlet might be beneficial.
