Natal Descendent Aspects (Where can I find more information on them)?

Does anyone know of any links/websites that describe natal descendent aspects? Also how powerful are descendent aspects in your chart? because I found information about descendent conjunct neptune and for me it explains a lot so I just want to find more information about descendent aspects.
