Will this be a good investment?

I saw a flat in my neighborhood put up for sale. I want to purchase it and renovate it and sell it or rent it out. Is it going to be a good investment?

House is 4th house saturn in Capricorn in
4th house. Also good dignity but retrograde

Price is moon in Aquarius in 4th. A bit weak

Querent money Mars in cancer6 dignified by term

Venus in 8H, sure, but it is forming a square to Moon in 4H. Ruler of 2H conj Nadir and Saturn, and at the same time sextile Neptune in 5H. I think it will be a good investment, just don't expect it to be as good as you make it out to be.

On the flip side, 2H's trad ruler is in 9H and sextiles Venus. Maybe you would like to let tourists rent it? With Mars in caring Cancer, it would be a good investment
