Deleted my first post for a stupid misunderstanding.
Sagittarius MC is quite good for foreign travel.
10H Pluto means you may have a career that involves deep introspection like psychologist, or may cause a tremendous change in your chose field (I guess it will be something related to travel or philosophy, with all the Saggi placements there)
