Buying a House even in life

GM and GE to everyone,

Looking at someone's chart is it possible to predict when a person is likely to buy a house. Can this type of precise prediction possible?

I am not sure if this is the right time for me to buy a house or not but all of sudden my wife and I started exploring the options and contacting brokers to show us some options. Though I am still not very certain if I can afford a house or not as my situation is always shaky and uncertain in many ways.

Can someone throw some light what are the possible combinations someone needs to look at?

Thanks for your answer. Can you please elaborate what are the combinations that come into the picture when buying a house? I am also keen to know which planet(s) makes this happen.
