Confusion

Hello all I am a bit confused I am a saggitarian and I am looking for a new apartment and I havent found one for almost a year. I am usually lucky and I have been in the pits and my spirits are so low. I check my horoscopes and they say so many good things but I have not seen a good day for a while. what is keeping me from finding an apartment and when will things change for me.
