Venus Day, Venus Hour

Angle-Rulers and Moon dignified and in angular houses.

I’ve never asked such a question in horary so I’m not sure how to interpret

Venus doesn’t complete aspect to Mars in ephemeris
Moon conjunct Venus in 11 units fixed-angular = 11 weeks (June; Venus Rx Period) or 11 months (March 2021)

As far as I can tell, this chart strongly testifies yes, all signifactors angular and dignified/exalted.
11 units Moon conjuncting Venus is June 14th 2020


So..... here we are today. What is this chart saying?

What does exalted MOON partile-conjuncting ASC and QUERENT mean?

Here's why the charts negative...

L7/mars is in a cadent house
Arabic part of relationships is at 14° Capricorn in a cadent house
SN is in the same house as the POR and L7
L7 mars is in a pitted degree

So even though you have an angular moon/venus who both apply to mars, mars is no good. And moon/venus/mars all flow the opposite way to the part of relationships at 14° Capricorn.
