Is this "friend" trying to steal your girl?

Well, kinda sorta, no ill meaning intended.
However the question was if this friend is a true friend and using modern rulers Uranus rules 11th of friends and is in strong applicating and partile (degree within) aspect to Venus 1st ruler; so IMO (and as far as I can tell without astrology) the answer is a true YES. :lol:
