I want to know what my spirituality will be about since I have pluto in my 8th house. I find myself interested in spiritually.

I feel like saying that it's up to you - it's not predetermined to be about this or that.

With a Sun-Jupiter conjunction I am thinking that you are probably identifying with Jupiter, and that this will color your perspective on life, but that Pluto on the other side of the chart will forever challenge the conventionality implied by the Jupiter conjunction.
