Speech Disorder in children

We see some children having speaking problems.
Do think status of Mercury (Budh) is mainly responsible for this? or ,
a damaged 2nd house? or,
bad placement of 2nd house's lord ?
I have read a suggested remedy here, check this website link and tell do you agree.

Hi,
You are correct mercury is the main planet for speaking power. But 2nd house lord and its permanent planet jupiter remedy is must. First birth details can tell us exact remedy which one is more suitable. in gernal for mercury we can feed bajra to birds, donate green color clothes and bangal to hinjda(impotent person). and put on the emerald stone.
