Approaching transits scare me, pls help

Hi all,

Ive been living about 600 miles away from my home and parents came to visit me. They think to go back 3rd week of february and i checked the transits of the time. But transits scared me and since october 2019 i really have a bad feeling that i cant get rid of like smtg terrible gonna happen. I will be appreciated if u can help me. The transits are:

1. Transit mars seperating from natal moon in 1st house (moon is 8th lord)
2. Transit mars applying square aspect natal saturn-jupiter conjunction (jupiter is asc lord, saturn is lord of the year) And transit uranus trines transit mars
3. Transit jupiter opposing natal mars (seperating aspect/mars in 8th house)
4. Transit mercury retrograde in 4th house
5. Transit south node applying square aspect to natal saturn-jupiter conjunction and approaching natal moon
6. Transit saturn approaching natal south node

At the same time progressed mercury is on natal pluto exact, progressed sun trines natal uranus exact, progress jupiter applies square aspect to natal mars.

I feel really anxious about the approaching transits, as if im gonna lose my family and their long way travel approaches. Pls help me to understand.
