I can't see your transits but I can see your spiritual side. You are either mainly a Solarian Libra (Ruled by sun in libra) it's an angular planet. A Mercurial Scorpio (2nd or third most angular planet in Stellium and comes first in that Stellium also one the most critical degrees aka highly active), or a Urainan Co-Neptunial Capricorn, the Second two I listed are highly psychic or occult driven places. Moon is also critical degree in a water sign which also points to the emotional underbelly of the world/universe.

Pardon my ignorance, but what do you mean by you can not see my transits?

Did my chart not have enough indicators? Here is one with additional options added (was not aware you could add these, the more you know, lol):

It's called transists it's where the current planets are and how they connect with your chart. Under chart selection type are the top of the astro.com extended selection you cans click and scroll down look for natal chart with transits.

Plut conj Uranus and Neptune on an angle. That is highly spiritual indeed. The moon is running past your Stellium also highly emotional and spiritual.

Do you have any knowledge/insight into the concept of "twin flames"?

I believe I may have met mine a few years ago, but I ran from her when things became too intense for me to handle. I've researched the topic, but many of the articles seem "cosmopolitan-esque", but I definitely could relate to some of the "signs" experienced by twin flames.

I was in a very dark place prior to meeting her due to the effects of a long-term break up. I was basically having an identity crisis, she helped bring me into the light and impacted my life forever.

She was also a lot more awakened spiritually than I was back then, and I sort of see her as the catalyst for the spiritual growth I've experienced these past few years/months.

I don't know much I don't like relationship astrology, I can say that each person is there own soul mate as both sun and moon reside in all of us. You need a Second Sun and Moon to have a child. The mother gives her Sun/Moon and the father his Moon/Sun to there child (depending on the specific situation), there for making a new soul and a couple that makes sun and moon together.
