My friend asked "What will be the outcome of my criminal case"?
First thing I noticed all angles are at 29.42 degrees, which means "out of his hands". However, his birthchart has the same ascendant. I read somewhere that that means the question has significance especially since his natal planet conjuncts horary's ascendant. See Uranus, it conj both ascendants.
I'm stumped because he & judge are both signified by Mercury, (1st & 10th rulers). Mercury is retro right now and Moon is not aspecting it. Moon is about to perfect a conj with Jupiter & then oppose a strong exalted Sun in the 7th. But I don't know what Jupiter and Sun represent. Could Jupiter be soon-to-be ex-wife or lawyer? And Sun be hopes/wishes?
