Hello,
Does anyone know how to draw a chart for a location?
In specifics, for weather forecasting..
Do I use the birth chart of the town and study the current transits or...
Do I just use the current time, location and date and draw up a whole new birth for the day?
If I have to use the original established birth chart for the town/region how do I find out the valid date & exact time the town/localized area was established..?
