What TIME does an Ideal First Meet Date begin?

I have arranged a First Meet with an online friend--and I want it to go VERY well. I was given the date of January 28th as ideal. I had planned on meeting for dinner, but now we will both be in town the night before and are understandably eager.

Does the Meet Date officially begin at 12:01am on January 28th? Or do I have to let the planets settle to get the wonderful promised effects of the Ideal Meet Date?
