Libras aren't solely monogamous people, esp. those with strong Libra moons on their charts. They seek more than one lover until they're ready to settle down with only one (Mr. or Ms. Right). It's an Air sign thing...not limit themselves to traditional values of romance, marriage or sexuality. I have to say Libra ladies are attractive from an Aquarius sun/moon POV, same with many Geminis. And Libras aren't "Loose", whoever said that doesn't know they are truly "Loyal".
