Will he loose his job?

My ex called me up today (He and I are on good terms) and is genuinely worried about his job situation. He fears that he may loose his job soon, after a 50% pay cut in April this year. He has a lot of responsibilities on his head, he takes care of his old retired parents, fulfils the mortgage of his house.
His situation got me a bit worried and I did a chart for him and asked if he is about to loose his job?
He is Mars and is his 6th and his 10 house ruler Sun is in his 12th, perhaps not the best placement.
