Hi I was on a website that deals with Indian astrology I belive (as you can tell I am a complete begginer

They asked for a more special birth place, for the birth chart, not just the city but the exact location and told me I have a different moon sign than all other websites, Is this possible that being born in a different part in london would mean I have a different moon?

Can someone shed some light?

no, no, it`s just in vedic astrology usus siderial system and the difference between western and vedic charts` planetary positions is 23 degrees.
so your vedic moon sign is your western moon`s position minus 23 degrees..

Western astrology is very different from vedic. We do have a vedic forum here.

everyone here uses www.astro.com for western astrology and is VERY accurate, IF you know your birth time.
