Is this enough for a mutual attraction?

Hey all! So there's a scorpio who I've had my eyes on for a few years now. When we met, I was instantly attracted to him but I was in a relationship that has now all but crumbled. I get really intense vibes from him , but I'm really not used to quiet water types (he's a scorpio and the cancer and Pisces I've fooled around with all had heavy fire and air) so I'm just wondering if there may be a mutual attraction or if it's just wishful thinking?

Do you just want attraction or do you want a meaningful intimacy? If you are only looking for attraction, you will know within minutes of meeting the person. If you want an astrological analysis , you need to post the birth data or the synastry and composite charts.
