-1st house: In a situation involved with your self image?

-2nd house: In a bank, by a friend of a relative, something involved with money?

-3rd house: by your cousins, neighbors, relatives, internet?

-5th house: in a recreative place, party, casino, night center?

My Descendant is Aries, and my Mars is in Cancer in the 9th. I met my first partner (lasted 3 years) at college, which is something else the 9th house rules.

I haven't met my true love yet, but I think this is an interesting theory. If aquarius rules my 7th house, and Uranus is in the 4th in sag, then that means It would be through some spiritual or traveling home experience?

In terms of my experience, the location of venus has a lot to do with how attraction starts and what kind of people are attracted to you.

A high school sweetheart crushed on me because I was a star athlete (venus in the 1st in leo)

In fact all the guys I knew in high school who I ever dated or crushed on me liked me liked me because of my athletics and always would marvel at how "famous" I was.

But a true love I haven't had yet, hm .. .I know a guy that has a descendant in sag - his jupiter in the fourth would mean that his love would come from his home town or through his family? That wasn't the case with this person at all. How does that explain how he met his lifelong partner in Indonesia? His Venus is in sagittarius in the 7th. That, to me, explains his interests in exotic women and where he found his wife. He found her through travel.

Ex 2:
A woman met her first husband in school. Her venus is also in sagitarrius in the first house. Their first meeting was during Italian language class when they were assigned to sing a song together and the guy asked her out the same day.

Ex 3:

My sister's first boyfriend she met through track and field practice at university. Her venus is in gemini in the 10th house. Her running is like her career - she had a scholarship, and gemini which rules duality and social relations matches the fact that her boyfriend was in the same career as her.

Ex 4:

A woman has a husband who she met through her local church. Her venus is in scorpio in the 4th house. (NO KIDDING. . . !!)

These are all from people I have done charts for. Venus is always the key to where the attractions are.

My 7TH is in Gemini and Mercury in Libra is in the 10th
My 5th is in Aries and Mars in Libra is in the 10th
My Venus in Scorpio is in the 11th

That seems to make sense - with your venus in the 11th. Its really uncanny to me how venus shows where attraction starts. . . In terms of a karmic sort of relationship where there might be some kind of lesson of the self to be learned, I've noticed a lot of connections between the natal venus and the sun, rising or moon of the partner being conjunct the natal venus. So something about the partner was absolutely irresistibly attractive to the individual natal and the individual almost could not bear being separate from the partner until the relationship had run its course.

So if you want to keep on getting people interested in you, make sure you stay connected to all your friends and family through some sort of scorpio-like action. Venus in scorpio means you get the fastest results when you are involved in something spiritual, deep, active, creative, intense, entirely selfish or entirely self-less. . .

With gemini in the 7th, that might show that your partner end up being very talkative, shallow, mental and multi-talented compared to you . . not that your attraction starts that way - but the cool thing is your venus location in a house co-ruled by gemini ( a social house) as well which shows that your initial attraction is similar to the actual result of the relationship.

I have a Virgo Descendant and Mercury (in Taurus) is in my third house - conjunct Venus in Gemini (also third house).

I always wanted to meet people via the Internet but I have been too afraid that I might run into some serial killers. I have to see people face to face to feel safe. Funny thing is that I am often attracted to friends of my brother but have not dated any as it seems somehow inappropriate to me.

I had a lot of problems with the Pisces Ascendant / Virgo Descendant and the themes of health versus illness were very present in my relationships thus far. My seventh house is very busy with Mars conjunct Saturn and Pluto there.
My first house only hosts my Ceres and becoming a mum has really helped me in establishing ties with others. I no longer merge into their skin but feel a duty towards my child to erect boundaries around the 2 of us and stay centered within in order to provide a stable home.

My 7th cusp in Aquarius.Saturn is in the 3rd house and Uranus is on the 4th.I met my man through a mutual friend at her birthday party.I think my 7th cusp on aquarius reflects the way I met him through friends.I'm not sure about the ruler in the 4th,maybe it talks about the fact that he quickly became a part of my family or that we live together,even though we're not married,and don't intend to be.Also,he's a Sagittarius and Uranus is in Sagittarius,so here's another connection.

Sounds about accurate for me, Aquarius 7th house cusp, met my love online through a dating site while I was at home, Saturn in the 4th house and for our first date we met up at a resort then spent the entire day at the park making out and playing, Uranus on the 5th house cusp.

My 7th house cusp is in Taurus, and my Venus is in the 8th.

I had three significant relationships and I met all three partners through my sphere of interest and later studies – digging up people who’d been dead for a very long time. So I guess you could say that it’s the 8th house sphere

Neither of them are in a career that is related to mine either. Of the two, the one I met at a club might make sense because music was involved and Jupiter is in Pisces. But I can't find a 10th house connection.

Where is your Mars and Sun? and the ruler of the 5th?
We can have long term relationships before marriage, and that ones are described by (mars and sun) in a woman, and the ruler of the 5th house(men and woman).


-The 7th house ruler only describe the relationships that end in marriage.
You'll probably met your marriage partner at work or be someone of high authority, like an attorney, a land lord, boss, politician, or someone highly visible.... with more reason because your Jupiter is in Pisces.

Interesting idea: my ex husband I met at school (University-9th is also higher learning) and my 7th is ruled by Scorpio and I have Mars in the 9th. My other major ex I met in a language class so this is also 9th houst higher learning. Ironically my current beau (don't know if it's true love) I met at a dance class/party and my Pluto is in the 5th house, or if you stretch it it was a dance "class" so it's still 9th house. Funny

Sorry to reply to an older thread, but it caught my attention. I don't have a boyfriend or husband.

My 7th house is in Virgo, ruled by Mercury (correct?) and Mercury is in my 9th house.

So... I could meet my love on a trip or cruise, or at a class or university function.

I do live in a college town. I don't travel much.

Maybe I should sign up for a class in something?
