Does my biological mother live in a foreign country?
Hi everybody

Biological mother is 10th ruler, saturn in 9th house. 9th is long distance. Here which house should i look at, 9th or 12th to answer such a question? if 9th, her significator there, but 12th ruler makes a harsh aspect to her significator.
Moon also as natural significator of mother in 12th house, foreignlands.

What do you think? Could you please share your opinion?

Does my mother, L10 Saturn, live in a foreign country, H9. Saturn is in H9, I think the answer is yes

Thanks a lot for answering. Can i ask you something? can we understand from the chart, is she is a foreigner or just settled there? or an immigration?
