Hi all, I have been trying to get answers but I not able to. I am a medical professional, and now I am 27 years old and will be 28 in a few months. I am not married. I am working in private sector.

I just have one query, I am aspiring to become an cop, and I am preparing for my civil service examination. I just need a clarification on whether I have chosen the right path, by jumping from one profession to another. My heart is in becoming a cop, and I think that will fulfill me.

But, still I am confused and nervous because at this age, I am scared to take this leap.

Help me out guys.

All I need is to know whether I can take this step.

I agree with that urge change career happened after the saturn transit.
The description in delays in profession is spot on. But, I am not sure about the need for affection in relationships as I am not giving much thought about it. I am a general physician(doctor).
Yes, creative art and others are correct


But, your answer does not give an insight into my primary concern, is this change of profession advised, will I venture successfully into it, given that you have mentioned that time is good for exams. Kindly, give an insight into the same. Shall I change profession? Is it advisable to work for exams to become a cop?

Well I use sidereal (closer to Vedic than tropical). If I did this to your chart, Mars would be in Aries, your birth was at night, meaning your moon (still in Aquarius) would rule over your sun. Mars in Aries at night rules Aries, and even though it's in the daytime part of your chart (the side of your chart that your sun is in) it is generally happy as the Moon rules your chart.

A doctor/cop needs to be decisive in diagnosis and field action, making responsible choices;

how did you become a doctor in the first place, and why the need for change now.

To answer your last question, regarding the doubts and fear making the change: the fear and doubt is in losing years into preparing for the exams.
Although, I am confident I will do well, there is always this nudging question of "what if?" and as you know that is the reason for me searching answers.

Given, your's and another member's positive answer to go ahead with my decision, I think I will give it my all and change my profession and work towards it.


Yes, being a doctor gives you immense emotional remuneration but there was something missing in life.

I understand it's your saturn return (look it up what it mean) From what I know, this one helps you get on the right track. So basically all you have to do is to listen to your feelings, pay attention to what happens (cause everything happens for a reason now) and don't be lazy (saturn doesn't like lazy people).

As for what you should do, again you are the best person able to feel what's best for you, but according to astrology you have to look at MC in Sagittarius (you can also look it up what it means). From what I know it means you need to do something that allows you the freedom to be optimistic, to travel and learn and explore and share your knowledge, to question everything and form your own conclusions. So, not a job where you follow orders, or do a repetitive task. I don't know what cops do in your country, but as a doctor you could work for "doctors without borders" and travel everywhere around the world helping people. Some website, not myself recommends "The following professions are most likely to suit you very well: explorer, pilot, taxi and lorry driver, jockey, manager of a racehorse stable, international businessman/woman and any expatriate job, corporate manager, tour operator and travel agent, import-export trader, serviceman/woman, magistrate, politician, ambassador, sociologist, priest/priestess, or spiritual leader."
