Hello everyone I would like to know what chart do I use, the time that I send in the items to be sold on an online auction web site or the time that the web site receives my post.
I live in the mid west of the USA which is 6 hours away from Greenwich Mean Time at Latitude 33 degrees. The Auction web site is located 8 hours away from Greenwich Mean Time at Latitude 37 degrees away.
When setting up a election chart do I use the time I send the post to the website or the time they receive the post.
Now on this online web site you can pick the time that you want the post to be posted, only in 15 minute intervals. For example you can choose the time that you want it to be posted, on the hour, 15 minutes after the hour, 30 minutes after the hour, 45 minutes after the hour.
So do I use the time for it to be posted at 7:30 AM Central Daylight Saving September 9th 2020 which is the time I have selected for it to be posted or Pacific Daylight Saving time?
I always thought that whatever is started at that time has the qualities of time stamped within it, using the time and place of where it was started.
For example when wanting to relocate to a different place, you use the exact time that you where born, and using the new place latitude.
Thank you very much for your kind assistance in helping me to understand this problem I am having in trying to find a good time to post items to be placed on sale in an on line auction.
Colleen
