The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform
held a hearing on Tuesday as part of its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server.
The Committee issued a subpoena to several witnesses,
including former top Clinton aide Bryan Pagliano,
compelling the appearance of those individuals on Capitol Hill.

Pagliano ignored the subpoena and failed to appear before the Committee.
Chairman Jason Chaffetz briefly addressed Pagliano’s absence during the hearing on Tuesday,
saying there would be consequences for former Clinton aides failure to appear.

After a witness ignores a subpoena and fails to appear,
the committee rules generally require a majority vote of the full committee
authorizing a resolution of noncompliance to be reported to the entire House of Representatives.
After the matter is reported to the full House,
a floor vote is taken to determine whether a resolution of contempt may be issued against the offending individual.
It takes a majority vote in the House to approve a resolution of contempt.

Brian Pagliano found in contempt of Congress.

The FBI released 189 pages that include interviews with some of Clinton’s closest aides
such as Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills

In 5 April 2016 interview with the FBI
Abedin was shown an email exchange between Clinton and Obama
but the longtime Clinton aide did not recognize the name of the sender.

"Once informed that the sender's name is believed to be pseudonym used by the president
Abedin exclaimed: 'How is this not classified?'
Abedin then expressed her amazement at the president's use of a pseudonym
and asked if she could have a copy of the email" the report says

He clearly knows that everyone that communicated with Hillary is complicit in this email scandal, including Obama.
Imagine how much information the FBI has if they gave immunity to 5 of the top people involved.
The FBI knows everything.

And yet, they are running neck and neck in the national polls. If she is so wonderfully pragmatic and experienced, and he is not, why isn't she millions of votes ahead by now?

HRC is not unexpectedly, given her track record, deemed crooked, untrustworthy
and amazingly, despite an ongoing criminal investigation by FBI
as well as investigation by the House Oversight Committee
remains in the race for the White House
leaving voters with a choice between two evils
one of whom is deemed "the lesser of the two"
not much choice there folks :smile:

I'm not sure how and why she is still allowed to run for President based on all of this.

Also, she seems to be pretty ill with a seizure disorder.
I hope Hillary supporters are ok with Tim Kaine becoming President, because that is a possibility.
