Daylight savings time

Hi there. Just wondering what happens when a there is a time change, due to Daylight Savings Time, in a progressed chart. My children have the same ASC sign and degree and are 1.5 years apart in age, but if you calculate their progressed ASC there is now a large discrepancy between the two, as one child was born 7 days before hit that DST time adjustment.
