In Carols Rushman's Book 'The Art of Predictive Astrology, she states that Saturn transiting the 5th can indicate success in weight-loss. Saturn is in your 5th.

actually I lost weight when T Saturn went over Asc first house and then again T 6th house....

Unfortunately, there is no set formula or signature for marriage or childbirth, although others may disagree, apparently horary and vedic seem confident in this area. There are indicators and potential as there would be with natal, solar return chart but guarantees --

I think it's worth bearing in mind that the natal chart, like solar returns is all about 'potential' but as we all know we don't always fulfil that potential do we.
It's like someone saying you can predict death, but with modern medicine and sciences the way they are and the potential to 'die' three times in a life, doesn't mean to say you will does it

That's unsual, I know saturn shrinks but using that theory T Saturn in 5th suggests slow down in getting pregnant and conceiving which is what the OP has mainly on her mind

From a fellow Natal Saturn in the 5th and just finished my Saturn return, I also have Uranus in the 7th. We have a lot of similar aspects and placements.
I think I started thinking about having children when Saturn entered my 5th, but I didnt start trying to conceive until I had my Saturn return and then unfortunately it was a never ending quest of tests, etc which didnt work and hasnt worked.
Saturn in the 5th also didnt make me loose any weight, its slowly piled on since then.
The good thing, I did meet someone when I had my Saturn return and when transit Uranus trined my Uranus in the 7th. Do you have a partner at the moment? If you dont I think you may meet someone very soon. T Uranus is coming up to trine your natal Uranus and T Saturn will sextile from the 5th.
I wonder if history will repeat itself for you

Astrologer 50-thank you you always teach me so much.
I am not interested in meal replacements as I need long term weight loss as it is bad for my health to be this large, ad I want to relearn about nutrition. What I did wonder is can you get health/weight loss advice fertility advice unique to your chart.
I have now posed the question "Will I be pregnant before 2012?" in Horey tonight unfortunately the moon is Viod and I got conflicting advice I'll gove it time then another go.

I met my lovely boyfriend on his Saturn return early September 2009 and h is the love of my life its wonderful. I've been maternal for a long time but never had a man to be a Daddy on the scene before.
I wish you good luck in your journey to motherhood I know from family how hard it can be nd I am anxious.
