Will I have to pay the taxes?

Hey guys

I didn't know where to post this question, so here it is... I have quit my 23 years of service to one and the same company and ever since 2019 I've been working as a freelancer.
In my country, the tax on freelancing is 46% of the earned sum. The law is very vague and has never really been implemented. Of course, with my luck, the law is now being redrafted, but the government is rushing to send lawsuits with the old law and huge interest rates!
I haven't made much but certainly haven't got 46% + some 20% of interests to pay now for the last two years (if I was sued).
So, my question is: will I have to pay the taxes?

Moon is in the first house, Via Combusta on 8 degrees Scorpio, which by itself is not a good sign.
1st house is ruled by Venus, as the 8th house of the taxes. The aspects that Venus is making are trine to Mars and Uranus in the 7th house. The 8th house is empty.
I am kind of stuck here... What do you guys think?
