My sun is in Libra, my moon is in Leo, I'm Cancer Rising/Ascendant, and my Midheaven/10th House is in Aries.

I am a rising Cancer. Unfortunately without the natal chart you can't safely say much about one, you need a great image to derive patterns from (my humble opinion)
