Will my friend get the job ?

Hello ,
A friend of mine had a job interview last week .
He said it went pretty good .

His CV was introduce to the company by a friend of him who is already working in that company . The position requires to take in charge some of the work load of his friend. ( Which is overwhelmed by the load and is supposed to travel abroad very often )

He asked me if he will got the job .

I casted a chart and here is my delineation :

He / Venus wants the job . ( In H10 )
The Job is Moon ( In H 11 / Friend )

No aspect between Venus and Moon .

The Moon in Leo loves the Sun .
The sun is exalted by Aries ( H7 which is also he H10 from H10 , I consider it to be the " boss / decision maker of the job )

The Moon will trine the Sun .

For me the last decision maker will not choose my friend , and he will want that the friend of my friend continues to work alone .



Are you OK with that ? I don' t want to give him false hope nor hurt him .

Actually the only doubt he has is about having to move , for the rest is all OK to him .
Just a question if you don't mind .

Why is he not VENUS ? ( L1 )
Since he is the querent himself ,I thought I was supposed to assigned the Asc as HIM .

The job is the 10th house, cancer ruled by moon.
There are no aspects or reception between Venus and moon.
Moon will sextile sun, ruler of the 11th of hopes, but this is not enough t bring about results.
It doesn't look like he will get the job.

Will it be wrong to consider that the job goes to Mars ( L7 ) since it will represent competitors, or any other person already working in the company ?

MARS in H10 almost in H11 is catching my attention .
