Hi! When I was checked my new Solar Return I saw Venus in 12th house (trine stellium Jupiter, Pluto, Saturn in 4th and conjuct anti-vertex) + Chiron in 7th. What does it mean?

Depends on how the whole thing interacts with your natal chart.
If you're worried about a breakup, ask the practical questions first: do you want to break up with your partner? Do you have any reason, unrelated to astrology, to believe your partner wants to break up with you?
If the answer to either of those questions is yes, it doesn't take astrology to tell you a breakup is possible.
If the answer to both of those questions is no, there's no reason anything in your solar return should spell a breakup. There are all sorts of ways any placement could be read.
