Lunar Return Question

My Lunar Return is tomorrow and my schedule is filled with doctors appointments. My Lunar Asc is conjunct Pluto and the moon... I'm curious about this. If you guys have any insight or interpretation it would be appreciated, thanks.

I know posting my chart would make it easier to interpret but I'm just curious of the factors alone.

Lunar returns have a duration of a month.

IMO, they are only good for confirming issues that show up in other ways(Planetary returns, Solar Return series(the 12 month breakdown on a solar return), transits, progressions, and not good for much all by themselves.
