Questions about the transiting planets

How do transiting planets actually have any sort of binding with our fate? I understand that the energies of our natal planets are embedded permnanently within us, but how do transit planets even manage to be embedded to us?

Transit planets are just the planets in the sky right now and their position. So why are we connected to them if we are connected to our natal planets energies already?
